Autumnal reds, oranges and…greens?
It is October. It should be red and brown and orange and yellow outside, but look. The leaves are still green and ON THE TREES! As a citizen of this country, I come to expect many things. I accept the freezing toes in winter, the drizzle in spring, the sandy suncream in summer. Is it too much to expect a little bit of colour outside in autumn?
On a more positive note, this is my second blog entry. However, I still have no comments. Perhaps this is because a) I have told no one about the existence of this blog, and b) see a), but still. I am lonely and cannot go downstairs because the football is on.
That’s the other thing about autumn. Lots of football. So I sit here with only my cardboard cut-outs for company, and even they have slightly singed hair. I am going to send an email to inform people of this blog’s existence.
If you are a real human bean, reading this, don’t you think the dandelion clock is pretty?
